1 in 3 DIYdoc is a simple way to make short documentaries. Advocates for Youth invite you to join the 1 in 3 campaign to make a short film and share it with the world.

Together, we can end the stigma and shame women are made to feel about abortion. As we share our stories we begin to build a culture of compassion, empathy, and support for access to basic health care.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose a story
2. Shoot your film
3. Share it with the world

The 1 in 3 app provides a number of stories for you to film and suggests the script, shot types and filming style for each scene. All you have to do is follow the instructions.

Once all scenes have been recorded and you ‘Publish’ the film, DIYdoc will process and edit the scenes together, sending back a fully produced professional video ready for you to view and share!
